During my time as an Industrial Psychology lecturer, I came to realise the importance of intuitively living out one’s values and aligning those values to one’s career and personal life. My own values include: courage, hope, appreciation of beauty and excellence, a love of learning, and a dash of humour.

As a psychologist, I hope to empower others to explore their own personal and professional values, find their career “spark”, prioritise their wellbeing, and experience true joy in their future studies and work.

This is the start of an exciting journey, and I look forward to walking this path with you.
