Untangling the intangible feelings at work is linked to underperformance, lack of commitment/engagement, blame, acting in a silo, lack of initiative and innovation, poor leadership, and conflict. Dr. Elizabeth Cornelia (alias Liné) Rudolph has researched and co-authored various articles on topics related to the management of employee well-being. At the University of South Africa, she is also actively involved in the teaching and learning, research, and community engagement related to strategic and contemporary human resource management and successfully supervised/co-supervised master students. Internationally and nationally, Liné presented research findings on how one could untangle the intangible feelings at work. She completed her PhD (Psychology) at the University of South Africa. She is a registered Industrial Psychologist at the HPCSA, a registered HR professional at the SABPP, and affiliated as a Religious Specialist in Christian Pastoral Counselling at CPSC. Liné juggles her time between her husband (Herman), two children and work. She enjoys reading and regularly swims or walks to keep fit. She looks forward to connecting with those who like to untangle their career opportunities.
